When it comes to our kid’s confidence and happiness we always want to do what we can to help them.

Affirmations are a relatively new thing that people are getting great results from. These are usually short and powerful messages that we tell ourselves, usually at the beginning and the end of each day to help us feel better.

It is a great way to help our children feel positive and to have confidence and belief in themselves. So we wanted to share with you some examples of affirmations for kids that we think will be very useful.

What are affirmations? 

Kids and adults can largely benefit from repeating affirmations each day. Affirmations are short, positive and powerful statements that you repeat to yourself in the morning or at night. In some cases on both occasions.

You can pick a few that are relevant to you at the time or what you might be dealing with. It is a great way to help kids improve their confidence and self-belief.
